Heheh.

And I agree, the praise thing doesn't ever get old, per se, but it's the same for me as Vanessa said - my daughter, 12, loves it... my first son, 6... still gets super-duper proud, but definitely would rather play something on mommy's phone than hear praise. ;D

And more power to you, I'm so glad you are being open and kind to yourself about the breast/bottle thing. I am weaning Emerz right now and it's nice to know my first two lived through it just fine. ;)

As for the boys - all three now! - they all look absolutely adorable, and like they are thriving in their new routine. SOOO happy for you all. Kiss that squishy baby... one of these days I'll write up a current post so you can see a more recent shot of my own squishy guy. :)

Congratulations once again friend, you are AMAZING!!! Much love, EdenAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17065921843809619618noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6209411204914238553.post-86951161122785744522012-08-31T20:01:23.248-05:002012-08-31T20:01:23.248-05:00Your kiddos are adorable! I was pumping round-the-clock, nursing on demand, and taking galactagogues with my older two, and my supply dried up both times. My youngest is not-quite five months old now, and he is still exclusively nursing like a champ. I would love to let him self-wean, but if I could make it to six months (the point I never reached with my older two), I would be thrilled. Keep up the awesome work, Mama!

Glad kindergarten is going well (minus the second morning). Here's hoping he continues to love it!Kimberlyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13747060443039706105noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6209411204914238553.post-29809149710664311042012-08-31T17:53:15.134-05:002012-08-31T17:53:15.134-05:00I think Ethan is starting to catch on that "b...I think Ethan is starting to catch on that "being a good helper" sometimes means "mommy's too lazy to do it herself". But I'm the boss so he HAS to listen to me right? :)Tarynhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17301740249699821366noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6209411204914238553.post-10965487130897512282012-08-31T17:50:57.491-05:002012-08-31T17:50:57.491-05:00Exactly my thoughts. Made it to 4 and was happy :) Its hard because even with all the benefits of breastfeeding (cheaper, so good for baby, etc.) there are definite inconveniences. One day at a time, right?!?Tarynhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17301740249699821366noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6209411204914238553.post-34959965900952137672012-08-31T17:40:55.983-05:002012-08-31T17:40:55.983-05:00My 16 yr old stepdaughter still beams when I brag ...My 16 yr old stepdaughter still beams when I brag about how helpful she is to other people. The 9 and 10 yr old are the same way. Getting compliments and positive reinforcement never gets old :) But then again, they are girls who love to be involved in anything I am doing. My son, not so much....Vanessanoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6209411204914238553.post-82236552562372331102012-08-31T17:33:25.925-05:002012-08-31T17:33:25.925-05:00If I learned anything nursing the twins, it's ...If I learned anything nursing the twins, it's that small goals are they key. I just wanted to make it to 4 months, then 6, then 8, and by that time it had gotten super easy. You can do this!Leigh Annhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09233706048946454000noreply@blogger.com
